They design, build and export custom-built machinery across the UK and to over 15 countries worldwide.
As part of our continued growth, were now looking for a Graduate Design Engineer to join their close-knit engineering team.
What youll be doing: Supporting the design and development of bespoke recycling systems, from concept through to manufacture Producing detailed 3D models and 2D technical drawings using SolidWorks Working closely with the production team to ensure seamless transfer of designs into fabrication Assisting with ongoing improvements to existing machinery and layouts Playing an active role in project meetings and design reviews What were looking for: A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or a related field Proficiency with 3D CAD software (SolidWorks preferred) Strong attention to detail and a practical, problem-solving mindset Willingness to learn and contribute to a dynamic team Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally What youll get in return: Competitive starting salary with regular reviews Full training and mentoring from experienced engineers Opportunity to work on international projects Company pension scheme Free on-site parking Career progression in a growing business This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate engineer to gain hands-on experience in a real manufacturing environment.
