The Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), ready to build on their Early Career Framework (ECF) and contribute to KS3, KS4, and potentially KS5. Whether your subject is English, Maths, Science, Humanities, or the Arts - we want to hear from you!
What We're Looking For:
1. A teacher completing their third year of Early Career Teaching (or equivalent experience)
2. A commitment to inclusive, engaging teaching and high academic standards
3. Strong classroom management and the ability to inspire learners of all backgrounds
4. QTS and experience across Key Stages 3-5
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that challenge and support all learners
2. Collaborate with colleagues to develop creative, cross-curricular approaches
3. Participate in school development and pastoral care
4. Continue to develop your own professional skills and subject knowledge
