An opportunity is currently available for an experienced Customer Service Agent to join our fantastic team.
Working in a small team of allocators and customer service agents who possess extensive experience, you will be the first point of contact for Wymap customers both internal and external. Your excellent communication, problem-solving abilities and customer-focused style will be of great benefit in this exciting field and ever-growing team.
About the Role:
* The key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
* First point of contact response and escalation to both internal and external customers by providing timely and responsive service to customer needs.
* Provide excellent customer service and foster a customer-focused environment.
* Maintain customer and cargo terminal activity records.
* Reporting and data analysis to assist in fleet optimisation.
* Understand and comply with the organisation and relevant legislated policies and procedures.
* Maintain positive relationships with customers and staff through email, phone and face-to-face interactions.
* Comply with all health and safety policies and procedures.
* Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying areas to develop team culture and customer process.
About your skills and experience:
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
* 1+ years in a customer service/administrative role.
* Intermediate computer skills, in particular MS Office.
* Experience in the transport and air freight industry (desirable but not essential).
* Great interpersonal and communication skills.
* Flexibility to be able to work either an early start or later finishing a shift.
* Must be able to pass a Federal Police check.
* Appreciation for team culture and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
