About the role:
The goal of the sales team is simple: to save small-to-medium sized businesses money on their communications across the whole of the UK. The lifeblood of our business is to provide leading connectivity and cloud communications products by generating new business through managing inbound leads and closing business deals.
This role is principally new business focused and requires a true sales mentality; you will also manage existing accounts and upsells throughout our entire base of satisfied customers.
About you:
Any successful candidate will need to have the following:
1. Sales experience with a demonstrated track record in winning new business and closing new business deals.
2. A strategic sales approach.
3. Genuine passion for selling and relationship building.
4. High levels of initiative – thinks with an owner’s mindset.
5. Hunger and drive – both career-wise and financially.
6. Desire to progress and grow their career.
7. Consultative sales skills – the ability to soft sell and hard close as well as knowing when to use each.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with other teams to ensure our customers receive a 5* experience.
2. Deliver sales reports and share with the Senior Management Team daily.
3. Coach, train, and mentor the team to level up their skills.
4. Achieve and exceed daily sales quotas.
5. Completion of the full sales cycle, coaching and mentoring Lead Generators to close and convert business.
6. Effectively manage the team/sales diaries and pipelines.
