Following significant investment in the manufacturing site, including new industry-leading machinery, the Graduate Maintenance Engineer will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth running of the production line. Graduate Maintenance Engineer - main responsibilities: Repairs efficiently diagnose and speedily resolve faults in machinery highlight faults, giving an accurate timeline for completion of required work, and providing regular updates on progress liaise with suppliers for spare parts, repairs, service and maintenance maintain accurate records and documentation Maintenance Assist in implementing a schedule for planned and preventative maintenance liaise with external specialists to plan in preventative maintenance Continuous Improvement Assist in developing and implementing a programme of continuous improvement to work with on new machinery and process projects as required develop new and alternative methods of working to improve manufacturing efficiency take a pro-active approach in developing a thorough understanding of all the machinery keep up to date on industry developments and look to constantly upskill Personal Attributes: Relevant Engineering degree - 2:1 or above good organisational skills excellent time management skills be a proactive problem solver self-motivated a multi-tasker If you have the relevant skills and experience, please apply by submitting your CV and cover letter
