Senior Operational Compliance Analyst
London - Hybrid (2-3 days in office)
Salary - Circa £75k
I have been retained exclusively by a leading investment management and advisory firm to find a highly skilled Senior Operational Compliance Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity to join an organisation renowned for its focus on risk management, sustainability, and delivering better financial outcomes for pension schemes and long-term savings organizations.

With a team of 500 professionals, they manage between £40B-£60B in assets and advise on £400bn. The Role
As the Senior Operational Compliance Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth implementation and ongoing oversight of the Operational Compliance Framework. Working within the second line of defence, you’ll support investment guideline monitoring, manage non-financial risks, and contribute to strategic projects across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Translate investment guidelines into system-based restrictions and conduct post-trade compliance checks.
* Collaborate with the Investment team to address compliance findings and ensure adherence to best practices.
* Lead the implementation and enhancement of the Operational Compliance Framework.
* Act as a subject matter expert on regulatory requirements and strategic initiatives.
* Support operational risk management activities and proactively contribute to risk awareness across the business.
* Interact with key stakeholders to maintain a culture of continuous improvement and compliance excellence.
What They’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will bring:
* A degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience.
* 4–5 years of experience in a regulated financial services environment.
* Specialist knowledge of UCITS and experience with systems like Charles River (desirable).
* Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* A proactive, solution-focused mindset with a passion for improving processes and reducing risk.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
