Infraspec is seeking a Project Manager in Cambridgeshire, England, United Kingdom.
Overview
This role is a long-term contract with a hybrid work model requiring 2-3 days on-site. The position reports to the board of directors and involves managing projects related to waste water, reservoirs, and renewables, with a focus on commercial and contracts management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Cost Management – Actuals, forecasts, and variance analysis.
2. Contract Management – administration, EWNs, CE, final accounts, supply chain management.
3. Risk Management – risk and opportunity management, dispute resolution, disallowed costs.
4. Project Governance – change management, risk procedures aligned with client policies.
5. Reporting – monthly reports and portfolio management.
6. Stakeholder Engagement – liaising with project teams and boards, providing strategic advice.
7. Experience with NEC3 contracts is essential; NEC accreditation is a plus.
Qualifications
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are required. The candidate should have a solid commercial background and experience in project and contract management.
Additional Details
The position is open to both contract and permanent staff. Contract roles pay £550 per day inside IR35.
