What You'll Be Doing:
1. Drive Recruitment Excellence - Take charge of end-to-end recruitment for graduates and apprentices, from attraction to onboarding, across various business areas.
2. Build Strong Relationships - Collaborate with business leaders and Recruitment Partners to ensure seamless campaign delivery and influence key decisions.
3. Deliver Outstanding Candidate Experience - Manage a high volume of candidates through our selection process, providing top-notch customer service and ensuring an exceptional candidate journey.
4. Engage and Communicate - Enjoy interacting with people at all stages of the process, making sure the right decisions are made.
5. Utilize Technology - Use our early careers ATS (we'll train you!) and manage virtual assessment centres to ensure consistent and objective hiring decisions.
6. Champion Key Themes - Support initiatives like candidate experience, equality, diversity, and inclusion, and our local value proposition.
7. Drive Continuous Improvement - Get involved in projects to enhance our early careers recruitment throughout the year.
8. Collaborate Closely - Work together with the wider early careers team to ensure alignment and efficiency for the benefit of the business and candidates.
What We're Looking For:
1. Campaign Management - Ability to manage a busy recruitment campaign from start to finish, translating business needs into effective strategies.
2. Organizational Skills - Highly organized with a structured approach to juggling priorities and self-managing with team support.
3. Tech Savvy - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with recruitment systems.
4. Customer Focus - Excellent customer service skills, always putting the candidate first while supporting business needs.
5. Relationship Building - Confidence and ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and candidates.
6. Process Improvement - Enjoy following processes and seeking flexible improvements where possible.
7. Multi-tasking - Great at prioritizing workload and being agile to support the team as needed.
8. Independent Worker - Self-sufficient and confident working autonomously while staying connected with the team.
