Key Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse, you will:
* Provide the highest standards of care, assessing residents’ needs and developing personalised care plans to enhance their quality of life.
* Promote independence and personal choice while meeting physical, social, and psychological needs.
* Oversee medicine management, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
* Build positive relationships with visitors, external stakeholders, and colleagues.
* Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines by proactively identifying and addressing risks.
* Mentor and support your team in line with NMC standards, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
