Registered Service Manager (16 years plus) - Supported Living
£45,000 - £50,000

We are a family-run company dedicated to providing a nurturing environment for young people in care (aged 16+) in Bristol and Newport. We're looking for a passionate and experienced leader to join our team as a Registered Service Manager.
In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in:
1. Shaping a safe and stimulating home for our young residents.
2. Leading and mentoring our dedicated staff team.
3. Ensuring the highest quality of care through compliance and best practices.
4. Working collaboratively with professionals to support young people's journeys.
You'll be a great fit if you have:
5. A minimum of 2 years experience managing children's homes or supported living services.
6. Relevant qualification such as Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management desirable.
7. A strong commitment to professional development and high standards.
8. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
9. A caring and empathetic approach to working with young people.
