Position: Support Worker
Location: Stockton on Tees
Salary: £11.45 per hour
Typical Shifts: Early shifts and Late shifts

We’re on the hunt for genuinely caring, hands-on Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. As a Support Worker, you'll help individuals gain more independence in their daily lives while working within a dynamic team.
Our residential service in Stockton on Tees is a welcoming and friendly environment where no two days will be the same! You’ll enhance the lives of those we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, and encouraging them to engage with their local communities through social activities.
This role is perfect for someone looking to make a real difference in someone's life and help them grow in confidence and independence.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Full UK driving license
2. Experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans
3. Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviours
