About The Role
As a Leicestershire Energy Support Adviser, you’ll be at the forefront of tackling fuel poverty, providing support to individuals and families across the region. You’ll deliver expert energy advice through a variety of channels, making a meaningful difference in their lives.
We invest in your success. You’ll receive comprehensive in-house adviser training and support to achieve the Level 3 City & Guilds Energy Awareness qualification (or we welcome it if already held).
Your day-to-day
You’ll empower people across Leicestershire to manage their energy costs and live more comfortably, providing advice and support, for example, helping families access grants and funding.
You’ll be our face in the community, delivering energy guidance in various settings, from local venues to residents’ homes, and at events.
You’ll play a key role in tackling fuel poverty, collaborating as part of a dedicated and supportive team, and following our established quality standards.
