We have a rare opportunity for a Construction Management Graduate Trainee to gain valuable experience working with us on a Fixed-Term Contract at our Wallyford project in Edinburgh.
Job Description
* Assist and shadow the Site Management team to safely deliver social housing and construction developments.
* Uphold strict quality control measures and ensure compliance with HSE requirements, Client/Design Team standards, budgets and details as set out in partnership with the commercial team.
Responsibilities
1. Plan the work and efficiently organise site operations to meet an agreed programme of deadlines.
2. Liaise with consultants and sub-contracts engaged in the project as necessary.
3. Responsible for checking drawings and quantities.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
