Are you ready to play a pivotal role in delivering world-class engineering solutions that keep the world moving safely and securely? Thales UK is looking for a highly skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our cutting-edge team!

Collaborating closely with Work Cell Managers, Manufacturing Engineers, and technicians, you will help deliver exceptional manufacturing outputs, contributing to both daily operations and long-term improvements.
What You'll Do:
1. Perform complex manufacturing tasks adhering to quality standards, following all documentation and company processes.
2. Conduct product assessments, identify faults or non-compliances, and take part in root cause analysis.
3. Manage and record build configurations using cutting-edge tools like IBS/Oracle and Palma.
4. Support continuous improvement projects that keep Thales at the forefront of technology.
5. Work with electrical, mechanical, and optical components, testing and aligning opto-mechanical systems and diagnosing electronic systems to component level.
What You Bring:
1. Experience in an industrial or engineering environment is essential.
2. Ability to assemble, align, and test complex systems to the highest standards.
3. Strong time management, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
4. A desire to innovate and continuously improve processes.
5. Basic PC skills and the ability to manage technical systems.
