Who You Are Experienced Social Worker with a history of working across the child welfare system. You have extensive experience in child protection and court activities, using a strength-based approach to support children and their families to ensure safety and development. Your knowledge aligns with NYC's defined practice model that incorporates systemic principles, signs of safety, and family seeing methodology. You must have at least 3 years post-qualification experience and be registered with Social Work England without any annotations or restrictions on your practice. What the Job Involves You will work as part of a team to ensure the safety and well-being of children and families, operating from an office-based assignment. You will be involved in multi-agency collaboration, working effectively with the child’s network and team colleagues. The position requires a full driver's license and vehicle due to fieldwork necessities. Your working hours will be Monday to Thursday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
