About the Role We are recruiting a Town Planner on behalf of our client, a leading global design, engineering, and management consultancy. Specialising in sustainable planning and design, our client works across sports surfaces, residential, corporate, and public spaces, integrating natural and man-made elements to create resilient solutions. As part of their expansion, they are seeking a dedicated Town Planner to support development projects. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team, delivering high-quality facilities while collaborating with other specialist consultants. Key Responsibilities Conducting site visits. Providing planning and development advice. Liaising with internal teams to discuss project requirements. Preparing reports and draft proposals for client approval. Engaging with sub-consultants and key stakeholders. Assisting in public consultations and stakeholder meetings. Requirements A relevant degree accredited by the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI). Chartered membership of the RTPI (or working towards qualification). Interest in sports and the environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple planning applications. Full, clean UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. Experience in the sports sector (preferred but not essential). What’s on Offer?
