Job Title: Residential Practitioner Salary: £27,711 - £30,060 (pro rata) weekend/night enhancements & sleep-in allowance Contract: Permanent | Hours: Various (full-time, part-time, waking nights) Location: Children’s Homes across Leeds Summary: Leeds City Council is looking for compassionate Residential Practitioners to support children and young people in residential care. You'll help them grow into confident, independent adults by providing day-to-day care, building trusting relationships, and supporting emotional, educational, and developmental needs.
