Hours: Full Time (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm)
Salary: Dependent on experience Circa £25,000.00
We are a small, tight-knit company looking for an Office Administrator to join our team, focusing on general administration and customer service duties. This is a varied and busy role, and the successful candidate will need to be self-motivated, flexible, organised, and personable with excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Act as a first point of contact for property management companies and private clients to facilitate treatment to properties.
2. Liaise with our technicians to support them on the road and ensure jobs are completed.
3. Address incoming telephone and email queries delivering excellent customer service.
4. Use of Sage, Xero preferred & Outlook to send out daily invoices.
Skills, Abilities and Experience:
1. Excellent communication skills and a pleasant telephone manner.
2. Good team player and able to use their own initiative.
3. Numerate, with good verbal reasoning skills and an attention to detail.
4. Knowledge and use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
5. Experience with Sage and/or Xero Accounting software is beneficial but not essential.
6. Daily use of Sage & Outlook to email invoices to our clients.
7. If the office is short-staffed, additional hours will be required.
