We are seeking a dedicated and keen Commis Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food and delivering an exceptional dining experience. You will be responsible for ensuring food preparation meets high standards and maintaining a positive atmosphere in the kitchen.
Responsibilities:
1. Be willing to work all services including Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
2. Work solely on a section and prepare dishes to a high standard.
3. Implement and maintain food safety standards in compliance with regulations.
4. Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and timely service.
5. Maintain cleanliness and high standards within the kitchen.
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience is not essential.
2. Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary trends.
3. Excellent skills with the ability to work as a team.
