We’re looking for a Business Support Administrator to join our growing team.
In our team you’ll provide administrative support to central functions, and support all departments within the business, as required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Handle daily admin tasks such as HR, lead distribution, accounts, referrals, and case renewals.
* Work with Finance teams to help resolve account queries and unallocated cash reports.
* Distribute inbound leads quickly and accurately, ensuring tracking is up to date.
* Provide basic IT support, including troubleshooting, desk moves, and equipment swaps.
* Support key projects and management reporting across the business.
