In this role, you will be responsible for delivering the HR Target Operating Model (TOM) transformation programme and managing specific programme workstreams. You will engage with HR stakeholders to deliver the HR TOM and support the HR TOM Programme Director by taking ownership of specific programme and project outputs, ensuring they align with the desired design. You will understand the programme budget and assist the HR TOM Programme Director in defining and delivering programmes of work that meet strategic objectives while managing associated risks. You will lead workstreams from initiation to closure, including handover to BAU and benefits realisation/measurement. Additionally, you will perform scenario modelling and planning against the baseline, leveraging data and analytics. You will establish appropriate governance structures to resolve or escalate risks and issues in line with established Barclays standards. You will own stakeholder management to enable successful implementation and adoption of new ways of working, and facilitate negotiation/mediation between different stakeholders to aid the decision-making process.

Purpose of the role
To manage change projects that help the organisation achieve its strategic objectives, while ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, in control and in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
Accountabilities
1. Management of change projects within the organisation, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and to the required quality standards.
2. Development and management of project plans that outline the scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements for change projects.
3. Communication with stakeholders, including senior management, project teams, and external partners, to ensure that they are informed about project progress and that their needs and expectations are being met.
4. Management of project teams, ensuring that they are properly resourced and that they have the necessary skills and expertise to deliver on project objectives.
5. Management of project budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered within the agreed budget.
6. Creation of reports on project progress to ensure that proposed solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
7. Management of project risks, ensuring that risk, assumptions, issues and dependencies are identified, assessed, and mitigated as necessary.
8. Facilitation of change management activities, including training and communication, to ensure that change projects are successfully implemented and embedded in the organisation.
