Your Responsibilities: Deliver 1st, 2nd & 3rd tier technical support to clients, resolving hardware, software, and networking issues. Monitor and maintain clients' IT systems through our RMM to minimise disruptions and downtime. Assist/Lead the design and implementation of IT projects and solutions tailored to clients' needs. Stay updated with the latest technology trends to continually improve service delivery. What We Require: Desirable not essential as all levels of experience will be strongly considered. Proven experience in IT support roles Expertise in Windows Server environments and Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive). Understanding of Cyber Security (Compliance & Technical levels) Proficiency in networking (Switching, Routing, Firewalls, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN). Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Entra, and Intune. Whats in It for You: Salary: £34,000 - £38,000. 22 days holiday (Plus bank holidays and continuous service reward).
