Value-Add Manager National law firm Hybrid working Newly created role A leading law firm is looking to recruit their 1st Value-Add Manager to project manage the firms value add services to their clients, these include events, webinars and training workshops.

Reporting to the Head of BD and working closely with the wider BD and Client development team you will be instrumental in delivering the firms values adds.
Role highlight Reporting – monthly, quarterly and annual value add reporting.
Eg Event reporting which will provide details, stats and feedback for each event/training session delivered.
Working with stakeholders to build annual training programmes for each framework.
This includes diarising webinar sessions in stakeholder diaries, collating webinar overviews, speaker details and generating webinar links and sharing with Framework Managers from clients.
Supporting webinars to ensure smooth running and collation of feedback.
Arranging editing of videos and creating a report for each Framework Manager detailing topic details, attendee numbers and feedback on a monthly/quarterly basis Delivering and facilitating annual off-site training conferences and roadshow events.
Collating monthly articles for newsletters for all frameworks.
Ensuring value add is picked up with client partners and programmes organised, administered and recorded for tracking purposes and linked in with the Framework Team for MI purposes.
The successful candidate will have excellent project management skills and experience of delivering value adds to clients.
You will have come from professional services or a membership body and have strong client facing experience.
