The role:
* As International Franchise National Account Manager you will take responsibility for a portfolio of international high profile commercial relationships and will have full P&L responsibility.
* The International Franchise National Account Manager will be responsible for shaping and delivering successful JBPs, Pricing and Promotional Strategies as well as managing account budgets and investment.
* Having responsibility for commercial negotiations the International Franchise National Account Manager will have full P&L ownership for customers and will be focused on building long lasting relationships with key contacts within key international partners.
* In the role the International Franchise National Account Manager will maintain a deep understanding of your accounts, their shoppers and strategy to identify opportunities for growth.
Ideal candidate:
* You will currently be an upward curve National Account Manager or Category Manager that has FMCG experience ideally working with the UK grocery multiples. In this environment you will have developed P&L responsibility but will be looking to move into a role that is fast paced, entrepreneurial with an international focus.
* It is essential that you can demonstrate a passion for building relationships and a flair for commerciality along with fantastic negotiation and influencing skills
* You must have excellent relationship building skills you will be able to communicate and influence with stakeholders.
* As International Franchise National Account Manager you must have good insight and data analysis skills and be able to action opportunities to drive profit
* You will have excellent planning and organization skills and will be able to work independently on your own initiative, a self-starter with can-do attitude
