Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Business Services Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our service administration and costing teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and organizational skills, and a background in fire & security services.
Responsibilities
1. Manage and supervise the daily operations of the service administration and costing teams
2. Develop and implement training programs for team members
3. Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback
4. Analyse reports and identify areas for improvement
5. Set objectives and strategies for the teams to meet company goals
6. Oversee scheduling and ensure efficient use of resources
7. Prepare and deliver regular reports to senior management
8. Utilize excellent IT skills to optimise operational processes
Qualifications
1. Proven experience as an office manager or similar role
2. Strong background in managing day-to-day operations and teams
3. Experience in fire & security services is highly desirable
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to analyse data and identify areas for improvement
6. Proficiency in IT systems and software
7. Strong leadership and decision-making skills
