What You Will Do as a Senior Residential Support Worker
* Provide day-to-day care and guidance to young people, helping them develop life skills
* Supervise and support residential staff, lead shifts, and ensure adherence to placement plans
* Support educational goals and maintain positive, safe relationships with children
* Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Requirements
* Minimum age of 22 years, as per children’s home regulations
* Valid UK driving licence
* NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Children’s and Young People Workforce
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in Residential Childcare
