About Our Client
As a Personal Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative and organizational support to key executives within our retail organization. You'll act as a trusted right-hand, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of their schedule and operations.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
* Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of executives.
* Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
* Organizing and prioritizing tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
* Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
* Assisting with ad hoc projects, event planning, and team coordination.
The Successful Applicant
About You:
* Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role, ideally within the retail sector.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* High attention to detail and a proactive problem-solver.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* A positive, can-do attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
