A look into the role
Working as part of the Henderson Wholesale Fresh Team, you will provide efficient and effective assistance to the various warehouse functions to provide high service to our customers.
As an Assembler the minimum criteria you’ll need is:
• Awareness of health & safety practices in a warehouse environment
• Experience of accurately meeting performance targets.
The attributes you will need include:
• Ability to work on own initiative to contribute to the overall team goal.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated, ambitious with a desire to meet targets.
It is Desirable if you had:
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment.
• Label Picking experience
• Voice Picking and Picking truck experience
• Previous experience of working in a chilled environment

The successful applicant will be working 38 hours per week. The role will require weekend work and ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business environment. Three-week rotational shift pattern working four out of seven days, Sunday – Thursday are 9 hour shifts, 11:45am - 21:15am, Friday is 11:45am - 00:15am. Shift patterns are to be discussed at interview and confirmed at job offer stage. Flexibility is required with regards to hours of work.
