Job summary St Johns House Medical Centre is looking for an experienced and proactive Practice Manager to lead our well-established city GP practice. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a dedicated team and ensure the smooth and efficient running of our surgery, giving both patients and staff the best possible experience. You will provide leadership and management skills to enable the practice to meet its agreed aims and objectives within a supportive, efficient, safe, effective and profitable working environment. Through innovative ways of working, lead the team in promoting continuous improvement, collaborative working, service delivery, learning and development, and ensure the practice complies with contractual requirements and CQC regulations.
