About the Role
As a Deputy Store Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store. This includes managing stock levels, controlling costs, and maintaining a safe and secure working environment. You will also play a key role in leading the store team to achieve sales and profit targets.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of achieving targets and leading high-performing teams. You will be confident in your ability to manage stock, control costs, and maintain a safe and secure working environment.
You will also be responsible for developing and implementing plans to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. This may include initiatives such as training programs, customer feedback surveys, and loyalty schemes.
Key Benefits:
* Salary range: £35,000 - £42,000 per annum
* 30-35 days' holiday (pro rata)
