Job Title: Support Worker within Primary Schools Location: Liverpool, Merseyside - L15 Job Type: Temporary position with flexible hours. Job Duties: Provide support and assistance to individuals in need within school. Assist with daily activities such as personal care, mental health and SEN. Offer emotional support and companionship to promote overall learning. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and progress. Required Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar support role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Education: Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths. Experience: Prior experience in a support worker or care assistant role. Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of best practises in social care. Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism. Basic IT skills for record-keeping purposes. Preferred Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care. First Aid certification. Working Conditions: Work primarily in Primary schools across L15.
