Job Description:
LSH Auto is looking for an experienced Alloy Wheel Technician to join our dynamic team at the Birmingham dealership. In this role, you will be responsible for refurbishing and repairing alloy wheels, ensuring they are restored to their optimal condition while delivering outstanding quality and service to our customers.

Your Responsibilities:
* Assessing the condition of alloy wheels and determining the necessary repair or refurbishment techniques.
* Performing repairs, including cosmetic touch-ups and full refurbishments.
* Maintaining high standards of quality and consistency throughout the refurbishing process.
* Ensuring all work areas and tools are kept clean and safe in compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Providing exceptional customer service and communicating effectively with team members and clients.
To Succeed in This Role, You Will Have:
* Proven experience as an Alloy Wheel Technician or in a similar position.
* Strong knowledge of alloy wheel repair techniques and materials.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
* A valid UK driving licence (essential).
