Position: Account Manager Location: Worcester (Hybrid post initial training)
I am currently partnered with an innovative and high performing business in Worcester who are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join the team.
The ideal candidate will have minimum of 3 years' experience in B2B sales, focusing on solution rather than product. You should be strong when it comes to building relationships, be able to offer a consultative approach to your clients and offer the best solution.
From day 1 you will be given existing accounts to manage and find opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell. However, the majority of your day will focus on developing new business, therefore, you need to be confident on the phone, have previous track record of developing strong relationships and be able to consult.
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar B2B Sales role
Previous experience generating leads and successfully closing accounts
Manage customer accounts giving high levels of customer service
Achieve sales goals and targets set
Achieve acceptable sales Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) as specified by the Sales Manager
Meet customers face to face strengthening relationships and increasing the size/ amount of sales opportunities
