My client, a well-regarded legal practice, is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join their busy Family Law team.
This is a key support role, working closely with fee earners to ensure everything runs like clockwork—from document preparation and audio typing to diary management and client liaison.
What you’ll be doing:
Typing legal documents (including audio/digital dictation)
Handling calls and managing fee earner diaries
Drafting and managing correspondence
Opening/closing files, scanning, and general admin support What you'll need to succeed:
Previous legal secretarial experience, ideally in Family Law
A calm, professional manner with strong communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage busy workloads
