About the job you’re considering
The HR Systems Technical Analyst (UK) is responsible for analyzing, designing, testing, and implementing changes to HR systems and processes. The role bridges HR operations, IT, and other business areas to ensure that business needs are understood, translated into requirements, and delivered effectively. The HR Systems Technical Analyst will lead project stages, manage system integrations, provide technical support, and optimize HR systems to meet business objectives.
Hybrid working involves a mix of company offices, client sites, and remote work, but not 100% from home.

Your role
1. Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering
* Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for HR system changes.
* Analyze current HR systems and processes for improvements.
* Translate needs into system and process designs.
* Evaluate impact of changes across systems and user groups.
* Create business cases, process maps, and documentation.
1. Functional and Technical Design
* Create detailed design proposals with technical teams.
* Ensure designs meet business needs.
* Support solution architects and development teams.
* Lead workshops to validate designs.
* Review and validate system modifications for compliance.
1. Testing
* Lead testing stages, including planning, execution, and reporting.
* Develop test plans and scripts.
* Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
* Assist with Systems Integration Testing (SIT).
* Report on testing outcomes and resolve issues.
1. Project Management and Implementation
* Manage project lifecycle from start to go-live.
* Monitor progress, risks, and issues.
* Coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
* Conduct post-implementation reviews.
* Handover functionalities with documentation.
1. Continuous Improvement and Strategic Initiatives
* Stay updated on HR tech and regulations in the UK.
* Identify and implement system optimizations.
* Contribute to strategic HR and IT initiatives.

Your skills and experience
Technical Expertise
* Understanding of HR modules, especially SAP SuccessFactors.
* Experience with system integration, data migration, and data quality.
* Knowledge of IT infrastructure and data security, GDPR compliance.

* Experience in business and systems analysis.
* Strong troubleshooting skills.
* Strategic and detail-oriented thinking.
Project Management and Stakeholder Engagement
* Experience managing HR system projects.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience with documentation and training materials.
* Presentation skills for diverse audiences.
Your security clearance
Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks are required. No nationality restrictions, but residency outside the UK in the past 3 years may require additional checks.
