Job Duties:
* Deliver high-quality tutoring in English and Maths subjects to GCSE level students
* Create and implement individualised lesson plans based on students' needs
* Assess and track students' progress and provide feedback to both students and parents/guardians
* Utilise a variety of teaching methods to engage students and enhance their understanding of the subjects
* Collaborate with colleagues to share best practises and improve teaching techniques
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified teacher status (QTS)
* Specialisation in English and Maths education
* Experience in tutoring or teaching GCSE level students
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of teaching or tutoring experience in English and Maths subjects
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong understanding of the GCSE curriculum and assessment criteria
* Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students
* Proficiency in using educational technology to enhance learning
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualification in Education
* Experience in working with students from diverse backgrounds
Working Conditions:
* Work in learners homes
* Interacting with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues on a daily basis

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
