Adur Homes Building Surveyor Post No: 44602, 44603 Salary: Starting from £45,718 to £49,764 per annum Grade: Grade 8 Hours: 37 hours per week Place of work: Adur and Worthing Council offices including Commerce Way, The Shoreham Centre and Worthing Town Hall Closing date: 16th February 2025 Interviews: TBC Join Adur Homes Property Services Team as a Building Surveyor where we are recruiting to positions within the team to manage planned maintenance, refurbishments works, major repair work programmes, voids and compliance areas, liaising closely with colleagues, our residents, leaseholders and contractors. Help us deliver our resident focused approach to all work areas. You will ensure that our works are effectively managed and where applicable, ensuring residents are consulted throughout the process and works are completed to a high quality standard, whilst maintaining high customer satisfaction.
