We are looking to recruit a Clinical Secretary to join the Dermatology ward at University Hospital Monklands.
The Clinical Secretary will provide comprehensive administrative support to a team of clinicians, enabling clinicians to operate effectively and efficiently.
The Clinical Secretary will also work in accordance with standard operating procedures.

What we'll need you to bring:
* SVQ level 2 qualification (or equivalent experience) plus experience in healthcare administration or experience in a secretarial role
* Understanding of medical terminology
* Evidence of effective team working and dealing with change
* Evidence of strong communication skills with patients, clinicians and colleagues
* Excellent organisational skills
* Evidence of strong competence with relevant IT systems
It would be good if you also had:
* General secretarial background
* Experience as a Medical Secretary
* Knowledge of WinScribe and TrakCare systems
* Sound knowledge of digital dictation system
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word for Windows)
