We’re looking for a Translation & Clinical Review Specialist to join our innovative team, helping make pet healthcare more accessible for French-speaking pet owners. As part of our forward-thinking team, you will: Translate clinical veterinary content from English to French with precision, making sure it’s clear, accurate, and culturally relevant. Review translations to ensure clinical accuracy, appropriate terminology, and cultural relevance for a French-speaking audience. Adapt content to reflect the unique pet health concerns of France, from common conditions to preferred treatments. Work alongside developers to enhance a cutting-edge pet symptom checker; ensuring content is precise, user-friendly, and clinically sound. Maintain high-quality standards for all clinical content, ensuring it aligns with French veterinary practices. This role is remote and flexible, with an initial commitment of 24 hours per week, reducing to 4-6 hours weekly for ongoing maintenance. What are we looking for? A qualified veterinarian with at least two years of experience in France. UK based with remote work flexibility Native-level fluency in both French and English, with a sharp eye for detail. Familarity of pet health conditions, protocols and treatments common in France. A passion for clear, user-friendly communication that resonates with pet owners. Knowledge/Experience desirable but not essential: Experience with digital health platforms or symptom checkers. Previous experience with medical or veterinary translations, with a strong understanding of clinical terminology.
