You will: be reliable and flexible be calm and patient have a committed to helping children to aspire and achieve their potential have a positive attitude and great communication skills be able to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents on a daily basis have good initiative have good levels of literacy and numeracy (GCSE or equivalent). Experience of working within a school and knowledge and experience of the Key Stage 2 Curriculum is desirable. Flexibility to work with children in different age groups depending on the changing needs of the school would also be desirable.
