Job Description
Temporary Payroll Manager
* Responsible for the processing and the management of end to end payroll for approx. 600 employees
* Calculations of payroll adjustments such as SSP, SMP, Overtime etc.
* First point of escalation for all payroll queries from HR, Finance and the employees
* Ensuring company compliance is met
* Prepare all necessary information for external and internal audits
* Preparation of monthly payroll journals
* Work towards continual process improvement
The Successful Applicant
Temporary Payroll Manager
* Immediately available or on short notice (this is an interim to permanent position)
* Comfortable operating within a lean team as well as sole payroll ownership
* End to end payroll exposure within a monthly as well as weekly environment
* Happy to handle pension and payroll queries from all departments
* Able to commute every day to the office (Camberley, Surrey)
