Salary: Starting from £27,000 per annum (dependent on qualification/s and experience)
Hours: Full time, 40 hours, Monday - Friday

We are looking for a full time, passionate Early Years Assistant to join our Bright Horizons Goldhawk Road Nursery.
Our beautiful Goldhawk Road Nursery is a new build and boasts being a light, airy building with a large staff room and well being room for staff. There are lots of endless opportunities to progress your career.
The nursery is a stunning 86 place setting in a beautifully converted town house, which will feature spacious rooms and 3 separate garden areas, perfect for plenty of outdoor teaching and learning!
It has great public transport links, being only a short walk from the Goldhawk Road underground station (on the circle and Hammersmith and City lines) and Ravenscourt Park underground station (On the district line), a 15 minute walk from Shepherds Bush (on the central line underground and overground station) as well as onsite parking.

What you’ll be doing
10. Working as part of a nursey team looking after babies and children up to the age of 5.
11. Having daily adventures with our children through interactive play, activities, reading and helping them with their curious minds through the learning curriculum
12. Communicating with parents daily on their child’s activities
13. Provide a caring and supporting environment where the children feel safe and looked after
14. Supporting colleagues encourage the children’s development towards key milestones
15. Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health and safety and safeguarding
What we’re looking for
16. Previous experience working with children ideal but not essential - Nursery Bank Staff, Nursery Assistant, Teaching Assistant, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, Nanny, Childminder or similar.
17. Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
18. Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with both colleagues and parents
19. Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults
20. Sound understanding of child protection and the safeguarding of children
