The Ideal Behaviour Mentor:
* Has experience working with students exhibiting challenging behaviour.
* Acts as a positive role model and motivator.
* Can start in September and commit to a full-time position.
* Has excellent behaviour management skills.
* Holds a valid DBS (or is willing to obtain one).

About the Role - Behaviour Mentor - Havering
* Develop and implement strategies to manage and support students with challenging behaviour.
* Provide one-on-one mentoring for students, helping them overcome behavioural challenges.
* Create personalised action plans in collaboration with students to outline clear goals and objectives.
* Support students to build self-esteem and confidence, improving their personal and social skills.
* Act as a role model, motivator, and advocate for young people.

* Polite, proactive, and approachable.
