Branch Manager – Sales & Operations (Cleaning & Facilities Services)
About the Role
Home Helpers – Commercial & Domestic Cleaners Ltd is a fast-growing, award-winning cleaning company. Following multiple acquisitions, we now operate across several locations with over 400 staff.
We are looking for a highly driven, sales-focused Branch Manager to drive business growth, secure new contracts, and oversee operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong B2B sales background combined with leadership experience, ideally within cleaning, facilities management, or a service-based industry.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development (Primary Focus)
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to secure new commercial cleaning contracts.
* Identify and engage decision-makers in businesses, property management firms, and facilities teams.
* Generate leads, manage pipelines, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
* Maintain and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers.
* Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to the company’s growth.
Operations & Team Management (Secondary Focus)
* Oversee cleaning teams to ensure high-quality service and client satisfaction.
* Manage scheduling, staff performance, and job allocations to optimize efficiency.
* Monitor laundry and inventory processes.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Financial & Performance Management
* Track branch profitability, monitor sales pipelines, and drive client retention.
* Prepare reports on sales performance and operational efficiency.
* Control costs and improve workflow processes.
Who We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in cleaning, facilities management, or a service-based industry.
* Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a results-driven approach.
* Experience in team leadership and operations management.
* Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to balance both sales and operational responsibilities effectively.

* £30,000 - £35,000 base salary + uncapped commission (OTE £50,000+).
