Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Fort William, Scotland Location: Fort William Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £36,000 – £45,000 per year (includes shift allowance and additional payments) Shift Pattern: 12-hour shifts (3 days on, 2 days off, 3 nights on, 7 days off) – holidays built into the rotation About the Role We are seeking an experienced and reliable Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our Engineering & Maintenance team. Reporting to the Maintenance Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting plant operations through proactive maintenance and rapid response to breakdowns, while contributing to ongoing improvements in performance and safety.
