JOB SUMMARY
Educated to degree level, the successful candidate will work within our account management team, based at the company’s office in Newcastle.
Those applying for this position should have experience of working within the marketing services industry, preferably within a design, marketing or advertising agency and particularly in an account management role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Relationship Management:
* Act as the primary liaison between assigned clients and ThinkBDW, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of clients' needs.
* Be confident to offer solutions and seek ways to generate growth for our agency.
* Collaborate with the handling team to ensure understanding of client requirements to produce detailed project briefs.
* Build and nurture strong working relationships with existing and potential clients.
* Attend client meetings and add value in an advisory and consultancy capacity.
* Anticipate and understand the impact of client business changes and how they may affect our agency.
* Responsible for generating revenues from a specific group of accounts.
* Forecast projections and financial reporting.
Project Coordination:
* Liaise closely with internal teams to facilitate the seamless execution of projects.
* Ensure adherence to set timescales and budgets to meet client targets.
* Proactively pursue additional work opportunities from assigned clients.
* Respond promptly and proactively to all client requirements.
Team Management:
* Delegate tasks appropriately to the handling team, ensuring efficient workflow.
* Contribute to recruitment, appointment, induction, and ongoing development of new employees.
Communication and Administration:
* Take responsibility for updating the Senior Leadership Team on client financial reporting, growth opportunities and anticipated issues.
* Disseminate key messages within the team and provide updates to direct reports.
* Maintain accurate records by updating administration systems as required.
* Promote good housekeeping practices.
Compliance:
* Adhere to company policies, procedures, and instructions at all times.
* Execute any other duties as reasonably required in line with primary responsibilities.
