As a Residential Team Leader at Figbury Lodge, you will join a team dedicated to making a difference in the lives of those we care for. Our goal is to deliver the highest standard of care to our service users, using the latest care technology to spend more time with them. Figbury Lodge has an excellent reputation as a highly valued provider of care.
As a Team Leader, you’ll need previous experience working with older people in residential care. You should be flexible, patient, caring, organized, and possess strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing. You will also need to have completed or be working towards your QCF 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
Your responsibilities will include building strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals, ensuring that everyone is informed and that your Line Manager is updated on residents’ needs and progress. As a team player, you will follow guidelines and policies easily, and possess good written skills for documenting care plans.
