If you have 1-2 years of experience in a people focused role and are eager to take on new challenges, this is the perfect opportunity for you to make your mark in the fast-paced world of finance JUNIOR TEAM ASSISTANT ROLE: Undertaking diary and calendar management for bankers Coordinating and scheduling of meetings and con calls across multiple time zones Managing high volume of phone calls and emails, relaying information in a timely and accurate manner Coordinating room bookings for internal and external meetings and VCs across multiple locations Coordinating travel arrangements for the team, including visa applications, international flights and accommodation and car bookings Undertaking expense management and preparation Taking on ad hoc tasks while maintaining workflow Supporting teams in day to day issues, needs and queries Providing phone and holiday coverage for colleagues JUNIOR TEAM ASSISTANT ESSENTIALS: Minimum 1 – 2 years in an administrative, customer service or fast-paced hospitality role Strong and confident communicator Ability to manage competing time-sensitive priorities and tasks Excellent attention to detail A team player, flexible and adaptable to work and support across multiple teams If you feel that you fit the above criteria then please apply today by submitting your CV to us.
