You’ll join an existing team of 2, supporting a business that was established in the last couple of years – no legacy challenges of expired systems and practices from times gone by, but not a whole lot of future focused structure in place either. Your role will be to support the HR Manager and HR Partner evolve the HR administrative practices and systems utilisation to increase workflow efficiency, drive better data capture and, ultimately, ensure the systems and processes better meet the growing needs of the business. Given the nature of the business and their growth trajectory, you can also expect to support on wider initiatives and projects to develop the HR offer and business culture.
You’ll take the lead on all of the things you’d expect in this type of role; inbox management, contracts, recruitment coordination, onboarding, compliance and reward administration.
