Were seeking a Purchase Ledger Controller to join our clients Finance Team on a temporary basis!
About the Role
As part of our Finance team, you will be responsible for maintaining the purchase ledger, ensuring smooth accounts payable processes, and assisting with management accounts. Youll play a key role in reconciling supplier statements, processing payments, and supporting the Management Accountant.
Key Responsibilities:
Matching invoices and purchase orders
Processing authorised invoices and payments
Managing supplier accounts and resolving queries
Monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
Supporting the Management Accountant with reporting & analysis
Assisting with annual audits and year-end reconciliations
What Were Looking For:
At least 1 year in a similar finance role
Fully or Part-Qualified AAT (training available if required)
Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel (SAP Business One experience is a plus)
